»Washington Suite«

Classic Soul Jazz sounds we all have heard once at least, and lesser-known ones, too. The »Washington Suite« is originally a ballet score (1970), with all the ingredients expected (Fender Rhodes, flute, double bass and more orchestral moments). A very nice picture of the days, though maybe not your first choice. Jazz with colors, grooves, beautiful shape and atmosphere, lovely playing, but rather an item for those who are collectors already.
