As glad as I am to hear Lol Coxhill again and find out about a new guitarist here, as keen I am on such a live recording, I must admit that it momentarily feels like something we?ve heard many times already. Nothing bad at all, but maybe a little deficit on Rocco?s side to shape, cut-up and return the usual form of such »improvised « sessions. Each playing together but left in their own lane. I feel Lol would have been happy about being pushed in some clearer directions or more defined ones in order to be able to react better. Rocco?s playing moreover, if pretty coherent, lacks some distance. I don?t know … I?m willing to try again and later.
