»Vocal Pearls«

Frankly, from watching the »menu« I’m a little scared already. The album is made as a series of medleys through historical and famous vocal groups (Abba, Andrews Sisters, Jon Hendricks, Comedian Harmonists, Manhattan Transfer, The Supremes etc. …) and there you go. What can I say much about such a production, by all means it’s absolutely perfect: vocally superb, in tune, arranged, recorded etc. Productionwise it’s also totally compact and crystal clear, they have their own style and ways so that there isn’t any genre hops, nor massive surprises. It’s great if you like it, I can’t say anything else. There’s nothing for me to rave about but in the same move nothing to shoot at.
