The Future Vol. 01

Inspired by collectives like Femdex (Vienna), Grrrls (Graz), Sounds Queer (Vienna) We make Waves (Berlin) and multiple other emerging projects worldwide, THE FUTURE aims to reclaim space for women*, trans* and non-binary individuals in the music scene. The project concept constitutes of bringing people together in order to form a community to support each other.

THE FUTURE believes that power against a hetero-patriarchal, capitalist society resides in the relentless formation of solidary communities and pro-active initiatives that open space for the exchange of ideas, political thinking, creative process and technical skills.
