Entstanden innerhalb von fünf Tagen in Mannheim, der Geburtsstadt des Automobils, verbindet REISE den motorischen Geist von Krautrock mit psychedelischer Gegenwart und versteht sich als kontinuierlicher Soundtrack für das Unterwegssein: von der Autobahn bis in den Orbit.
Hinter Lord Fascinator steht Johnny Mackay, bekannt vor allem in Australien durch Children Collide und seit über zehn Jahren in New York lebend. Gemeinsam mit Raphaël Neikes von Spiral Drive entstand 2024 ein Album zwischen Motorik, Trance und retrofuturistischem Roadmovie. Die erste Single AUTO erscheint am 19.06., zwei Tage vor dieser exklusiven Pre-Release-Show.

Das Album erscheint physisch am 17.07. über das Wiener Label StoneFree Records. Vor Ort wird es bereits die Möglichkeit geben, die Vinyl vor offiziellem Release zu erwerben.

On June 21, Spiral Drive and Lord Fascinator will present their collaborative album REISE live for the first time at Down Under.

Created over five days in Mannheim, the birthplace of the automobile, REISE merges the motorik spirit of krautrock with contemporary psychedelia and unfolds as a continuous soundtrack for travel: from the Autobahn into orbit.

Behind Lord Fascinator is Johnny Mackay, best known in Australia through Children Collide and based in New York for over a decade. Together with Raphaël Neikes of Spiral Drive, the duo created an album in 2024 suspended somewhere between motorik, trance and retro-futurist road movie.

The first single AUTO will be released on June 19, two days before this exclusive pre-release show. The physical album release follows on July 17 via Vienna label StoneFree Records.

Vinyl copies will already be available at the show ahead of the official release.
