Austrian drummer Katharina Ernst and guitarist/electronics musician Martin Siewert are both prominent members of the Viennese experimental scene and super gifted, multidisciplinary sonic artists. With their gorgeous guitar-drums duo „Also“ they counteract the noise rock with its fragility and elevate the breaks in between to a principle – and finally change to Siewert’s enchanting Americana sounds. GISCHT aka Ursula Winterauer lives and works as a musician, producer and curator in Vienna. She co-founded the label Ventil Records in 2014 and works on the distribution and realization of artistic projects in the field of soundart and advanced electronic music ever since. As Gischt, her solo project, Winterauer explores the gray areas between digital ambient and slowmotion techno.
